One of the best new brand refrigeration systems provide by Viessmann service

Refrigeration system:

Refrigeration systems are an essential process in industrial and domestic applications as they perform cooling or maintain the room temperature at a desired value. The refrigeration cycle consists of heat exchange, compression and expansion with refrigerant flowing through the units within the cycle. One way to achieve high heat transfer rates in compact heat exchange is to use the mini chan technique. When considering this effect, both indirect effects due to energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions due to the power generation process, as well as direct effects due to refrigerant leakage, must be taken into account. Refrigeration, including air conditioning, is essential to life and will continue to expand worldwide. Its impact on the environment is huge, although cooling technologies (new energy sources, heat pumps) can also be part of the solution to reducing global warming.

However, the reduction of CO2 emissions and fluoride gas emissions is difficult to solve on an ongoing basis. Many attempts have already been made. In addition to high heat flow applications, as a suitable alternative to reducing refrigerant charge, they reduce the problems of releasing potentially hazardous liquids into the atmosphere and allow the most use of natural liquids such as hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide.

Cooling during production guarantees the preservation of product quality and freshness.

Refrigeration is an essential part of the manufacturing process where the goal is to maintain freshness while not affecting quality through over-processing, and is therefore one of the primary ways to extend shelf life while maintaining consumer acceptability. It is also a necessary aspect of quality management throughout the food chain and the system should be adapted to the production process.

Controlling the temperature of food throughout the supply chain is essential to extend shelf life. Modern food processing requires reliable and efficient use of deep freezing. Deep-freeze tunnels can be manufactured as separate units on their own or as parts of an entire cold storage facility. The implementation of deep freezing tunnels depends on the type and quantity of food that the customer wishes to freeze. It is possible to construct different sizes and fulfill different capacities according to the requirements and the desired type and time frame of freezing.

How a refrigeration system works :

The vast majority of refrigerators work on a principle known as vapor compression. A typical refrigeration system consists of four basic components: a compressor, a condenser, an expansion device, and an evaporator. The volatile liquid (coolant) flows through the cooling system, where it is repeatedly converted into liquid and vapor. The compressor is responsible for compressing the superheated vapor from low pressure (evaporation pressure) to high pressure (condensation pressure). The coolant then flows under high pressure and temperature towards the condenser.

And what is the function of the capacitor? The condenser is a heat exchange that operates at high pressure and temperature that is higher than the temperature of the environment where the system is located. In this way, the condenser is able to remove heat from the coolant to the surroundings. This heat removal process reduces the total energy of the cooling fluid, taking it from a super-heated vapor state to a sub cooled liquid state at the outlet of the heat exchange.

Liquid coolant usually flows through a filter drier, which is responsible for removing any moisture from the system. At the outlet of the filter drier, the refrigerant then expands in an expansion device (for example, a capillary tube or an expansion valve) with reduced pressure, which causes a part of the refrigerant to change phases (from liquid to vapor state).
